Dr. Yusef Khadembashi's practice is built around implant surgery, implant prosthetics, and aesthetic restorative dentistry. His days are spent replacing missing and failing teeth and rebuilding worn, broken, or compromised dentitions — from a single implant to full-arch and full-mouth reconstruction. He is a founder of ARCH Dental + Aesthetics.
Originally from Perth, Australia, Dr. Khadembashi graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2014 and practised there before relocating to British Columbia in 2019 with his wife, Dr. Lisa Otway, who is also a dentist. Since then, his continuing education has been directed almost exclusively toward the disciplines that underpin reconstructive care.
Dr. Paulos is the co-owner of ARCH Dental + Aesthetics with Dr. Yusef. Raised in Victoria, BC, he was inspired early on by his father, Dr. Kostadino Paulos, whose holistic approach to dentistry emphasized the vital connection between oral health and overall well-being.
After earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Dalhousie University in 2011, Dr. Paulos built his practice around surgical and implant-focused care. In addition to his surgical focus, Dr. Paulos developed a strong interest in implant dentistry, recognizing how implants not only restore function and esthetics but also contribute to long-term health and quality of life. This led him to pursue advanced education in implant placement and regenerative techniques, further shaping the direction of his practice.
